What membership is

Most psychiatric care is priced by the visit, so the visit becomes the unit of thought. Membership prices the time instead.

You hold 60 minutes of Dr. Diaz's schedule every month. Spend it on one long reassessment or four short check-ins. Nothing is rationed by what a billing code allows, and no one is deciding whether a question is worth a copay.

Titration stops being a bottleneck

Dose changes need contact at two weeks, not two months. When the time is already yours, the follow-up happens when the medication calls for it.

One physician holds the whole picture

Psychiatric, metabolic, hormonal and pharmacogenomic data sit with the same person who prescribes. Labs, GLP-1 titration and medication decisions are one conversation, not three referrals.

The cost is knowable in advance

One recurring fee, published rates for everything outside it, and no insurance company between the plan and the prescription. Superbills on request if you want to pursue reimbursement.

Ongoing care

Membership buys physician time.

Both tiers carry 60 minutes of scheduled physician time each month, guaranteed, plus lab management and full precision psychiatry access. Core is $300 a month. Signature is $400, for patients who want direct physician access and the administrative fees removed. Every patient begins with a 90-minute initial evaluation at $450.

Billing

Annual, monthly, and what sits outside

Annual versus monthly

MonthlyAnnual
Core$300$3,000
Signature$400$4,000

Annual billing saves two months at either tier: $600 on Core, $800 on Signature. Membership is billed through Stripe on a recurring schedule with a card on file.

What membership never covers

  • Medications, always billed by the pharmacy. Welmivia provides the prescription and the monitoring.
  • Specialty lab panels for GLP-1, hormones, hair loss, peptides and sexual functioning. No member discount, standard rate for everyone.
  • The BrightKaire test itself, billed directly by NeuroKaire. The Welmivia fee covers ordering and evaluation.
  • The $450 initial evaluation, required before enrollment.

Welmivia is 100 percent direct-pay and does not bill insurance. Superbills are provided on request so you can submit individual clinical visits for out-of-network reimbursement. Membership fees themselves are not insurance-reimbursable. The clinical visits inside them, with CPT codes, are.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to do anything before joining?

Yes. Every patient completes a $450 initial evaluation before enrolling. It is a comprehensive psychiatric assessment that produces your Welmivia Blueprint: clinical summary, medication plan, nutritional optimization guide, lab and testing plan, and lifestyle recommendations. Enrollment happens after the Blueprint is delivered.

What does the 60-minute allotment actually mean?

Sixty minutes of physician time each month, guaranteed, in any mix of 15, 30 and 60-minute visits, by phone or video. Two 30-minute visits and four 15-minute visits are both common. The Annual Precision Health Review draws from that month's allotment rather than being billed separately.

What happens if I use up the allotment?

Additional time is $75 per 15 minutes, on request. It is not guaranteed, because it depends on open schedule. Signature members get priority scheduling for that add-on time at the same rate.

How is Signature different from Core?

The clinical allotment is identical: 60 guaranteed minutes a month at either tier. What changes for $100 more is access and administration: direct physician messaging instead of staff triage, a clinician-led monthly check-in, priority scheduling for extra time, a deeper supplement discount, and urgent access, prior authorizations, documentation, letters of medical necessity and the baseline lab panel all included rather than billed.

Are labs included?

Lab ordering and interpretation are included at both levels. Welmivia orders through Fullscript, processed by Quest, pays Fullscript directly and invoices you through CharmHealth. You never pay the lab. The baseline psychiatric panel is $75 for Core and included for Signature. Specialty panels for GLP-1, hormones, hair loss, peptides and sexual functioning carry no member discount.

Are medications included?

No. Medications, including antidepressants, GLP-1s and peptides, are always billed separately and sourced from a vetted pharmacy. Membership covers the prescribing, monitoring, titration and lab oversight that support them.

What is BrightKaire and is it included?

BrightKaire, by NeuroKaire, is a pharmacogenomic test that uses patient-derived neurons to identify how you respond to antidepressants. Ordering and interpretation are included for members. The test itself is billed by NeuroKaire and is partially reimbursable under Medicare Part B and select private plans. Genetic testing tells you how you metabolize a medication. It does not tell you which medication to take. The interpretation is the work.

Do I need a membership for GLP-1 or metabolic management?

Yes. Ongoing monitored metabolic and peptide therapy requires an active membership. Management, titration and lab review happen inside your scheduled visit time. Medications are sourced and paid separately.

Is annual billing worth it?

Annual billing saves two months at either tier: $3,000 instead of $3,600 for Core, $4,000 instead of $4,800 for Signature. If you plan to stay in ongoing care, annual is the better value.

What if I am not ready for a membership?

After your evaluation you can continue à la carte, booking follow-ups through the portal as needed: $100 for 15 minutes, $200 for 30 minutes, $300 for 60 minutes. Enroll whenever you are ready.

Start with the evaluation.
